# Reverse geocode a point

`GET /reverse`

Returns the nearest address or street to a point, followed by the areas
that contain the point, most precise first. Only the first result carries
`distance_m`.

## Parameters

| `lat` | query | yes | number | Latitude in degrees. |

## Responses

- `200`: Results at the point, most precise first. `features` is empty when nothing is near.
- `400`: `lon` or `lat` is missing or out of range.
- `405`: Method not allowed. The route accepts `GET` only.
- `500`: Internal server error.
